Overview
For this project, extensive collaboration with internal teams helped uncover key inefficiencies in daily workflows. Through interviews, process audits, prototyping and iterative feedback, tailored solutions were designed to address pain points and improve everyday efficiency.

Project 1 - payment tracker
Problem
Manual spreadsheets led to frequent errors and delays in payment reconciliation
Solution
A custom tool to automate financial calculations was designed, ensuring accurate and error-free payment tracking.

Project 2 - analyst agenda
Problem
Analysts managed complex workflows with unique requirements per operation, and lacked a structured way to track them - leading to increased risk of errors, fines, and operational incidents.
Solution
A centralized task scheduler that helps analysts manage their daily priorities and deadlines.


Project 3 - documents organizer
Problem
Important documents were scattered across tools and inconsistent between internal teams and external channels, making it hard to find, trust, and manage the correct version in one place.
Solution
A structured repository for storing, categorizing, and retrieving essential buisness documents with ease
